Description: white fine knit cotton - front opening overlapped with 4" W. flap of heavy cloth - closure with 22 sets of eyelets and lacing cord and a 13" L. metal zipper - two triangular elastic gussets at bottom edge - seventeen vertical metal stays - four attached garters - labeled: "Spencer Individually Designed. New Haven, Conn."
