Metal, brown cow bell 6 1/2" high 3" wide with 2 1/2"x 3/4" metal handle punched through top - no clapper. Large bite shape cut out of bottom edge.

Context

Art Sutlief is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Asa Sutlief, first settlers in what is now Waseca County.
