Waseca Area Memorial Hospital 1750"; three silver metal rods inside box; yellow caps at end of two rods; label inside box: "American Cystoscope Makers, Inc. New York, N.Y. Designers and Sole Producers of Wappler and A.C.M.I. Instruments since 1900."
