Context

The Trinity Men's Club was involved in a Lutheran dart ball league, earning a few trophies. Church dartball—a staple Midwest social pastime where teams throw large darts underhand at a large wooden or fiberboard baseball diamond—has traditionally been organized through regional interchurch and rural Lutheran leagues across southern Minnesota and neighboring states. In general, dartball was played from the 1920s through the 1970s. Trinity Lutheran Church of Wilton held its final regular worship and decommissioning service in September 2026, concluding over 133 years of congregational history in the area.
