Description

Material: textile, button. Size: 10 1/4" W. x 17" L. Description: white nylon - front and back under panels extend from waistline to hemline - 3" W. round collar - front closure with one 3/8" W. button and elastic loop in a 1 1/4" W. x 6" L. placket - open sides - elastic straps secure panels at each side - left side closure with a 1/4" W. x 6" tie and buttonhole - labeled on back panel hemline: "The Original Florence Welsh Dickey". Seams are frayed and pulled. Fabric yellowed with brownish stains.

Context

Worn by Mrs. Emil Wobschell, (now Mrs. Bartz), whose husband served for many years on the Waseca City Council.
