Ruffled Collar Dickey. Material: textile, metal. Size: 11" W. x 18" L. Description: white nylon organdy, V-shaped neckline; 4 1/2" W. ruffled collar extends around neckline; ruffle insert of narrow band of embroidery around neckline; collar attached to 15" L. back extension; back closure with snaps in a 4 1/4" L. neckline placket; 18" L. front extension; both extensions to be worn under a garment with ruffled collar displayed; 10" L. ties at bottom edge of dickey's front and back. Two ties are missing.
