Description: navy blue rayon - below knee hemline - short sleeves - dropped waistline - pleated skirt - pleats on one side caught with a blue fabric bow - shallow scoop neckline is crossed with a band of same navy fabric - one end attached at shoulder and other end drapes as a tie loosely down the front of the bodice and skirt - navy blue attached underslip. Condition: large piece torn at back neckline.
