Description: black rayon crepe - below knee length - rounded neckline with center cutout trimmed with ornate scrolls of narrow gold braid, tiny white beads and three sequin bows - short sleeves - front skirt detail of three horizontal tucks on each side below waist - one black thread belt loop on each side at waistline - closure with side zipper and one hook and eye at front neckline - black pads inside each shoulder area.
