Description

Black Silk Waist and Skirt. Material: textile and metal. (a) Waist. Size: 12 1/2" W. shoulder to shoulder x 17" L. Description: black silk - black on black stripe design - lined with black taffeta - stand up collar edged with black ruffled satin - leg-o-mutton long sleeves - left shoulder trimmed with a vertical band of wide black lace - each sleeve trimmed with a small black satin bow beneath shoulder pouf - wristline edged in narrow band of black ruffled satin - waist jacket designed in vertical tucks all around - inside stays around midriff - front closure with hooks, eyes and black buttons. (b) Skirt. Size: 13" W. at waistline x 36" L. Description: black on black striped silk- gathered skirt attached to 1" W. waistband - back closure with hooks and eyes.
