Material: textile and metal. (a) Waist. Size: 13" W. x 21" L. Description: tan cotton - black velvet and embroidered lace accents at high lace collar and edge of long sleeves - front bodice closure with hooks and eyes. (b) Skirt. Skirt only has been deaccessioned due to poor condition, including large hole in center front.
