Black Watch Plaid. Material: textile, plastic. Size: 11" W. shoulder to shoulder x 21 1/2" L. Description: dark blue/black/green (Black Watch) plaid cotton - white trim - round neckline with white Peter Pan collar edged with white lace - upper-bodice to waistline smocked and elastized inset with horizontal rows of white, red and black zig-zag decorative stitching - skirt gathered to piped waistline - long sleeves with elastized ruffled cuffs edged with white lace - closure with five white buttons in a placket extending from back neckline to waistline - one plaid tie at each waistline side seam.
