Black Velvet Dress. Material: textile, metal. Size: 26" W. x 32" L. Description: black velvet, black taffeta lining, white trim edging the wide round neckline; elasticized waistline with black chain stitch belt loops; set-in long sleeves with very full 10" W. ruffle edged with white lace at wrist line; bodice and skirt fully lined with black taffeta; back closure with long zipper, hook and eye in neckline placket. (b) Belt. Description: Long black silk belt.
