Material: textile, plastic, metal. Size: 25 1/2" W. x 33" L. Description: light blue polyester, white trim - round neckline - white Peter Pan collar - vertical row of round white buttons extend from neckline to waistline in center bodice - 1/2" W. vertical band of light blue polyester bordered with narrow band of scalloped white lace extends from shoulder line to hemline on each front side of dress - skirt gathered to waistband - waistband encircled with a band of light blue dress fabric bordered with white lace - sleeveless - designer label: "By Siro"' - closure with zipper, hook and eye in neckline placket that extends to below waistline.
