Description: white nylon rectangle - 5/8" W. black letter applique: "Johnson", black Viking head logo over an orange "J" (Johnson emblem) encircled by 1/2" W. outline - reverse side: same as front - two brass grommets along one edge - lower left black handwritten: "To Edgar Johnson Respectfully, The Twin Falls Crew - Dick Converse 4/11/85".
