(a, b) Material: textile, elastic. Size: 1 1/4" W. x 15 1/2" L. Color and description: pink silk satin ribbon - white scrim lining - 1/2" W. elastic band inside garter - 1/2" W. lavender exterior with blue, orange and blue border - one 1 1/4" diameter blue and gold ribbon rosette at center.

Woman's. From Wm. Grawunder and Louis Klingbeil estates. Note with garters: "Probably worn by Mrs. Wm. (Ida) Grawunder."
