Goltz has completed in a satisfactory manner the studies prescribed for the Grammar Department of the Janesville Public Schools and by proficiency in scholarship and integrity of character has merited honorable promotion and is therefore entitled to the award of this certificate in witness whereof we the undersigned, have hereunto affixed our signatures given at Janesville, Minn.
