Material: textile, metal, shell. Size: 24" W. Description: beige nylon netting - gathered to the back with elastic cord - 5/8" W. white "clip-on" simulated pearl earring sewn at each side of gathering.

Context

Woman's Accessories. Note with artifact reads "This cap was worn to keep hair in place. Very popular in the 1960s & made in many colors." Accessioned in 1970. Probably donated by Ruth Gutknecht or her family.
