Description: black plastic straw-like strips woven over a black plastic net base - 1 1/4" W. black velvet band encircles the hat at base of crown - end of black velvet band trails 3" L. in the back - black velvet piping edges the brim - black grosgrain ribbon interior head band - inside label: "Made in USA".
