Black Velvet Turban. Material: textile, plastic. Size: 8 " x 8 1/2 " x 5 ". Description: black velvet turban with a 1 3/4" W. silk ribbon around base; back has ribbon doubled back ends trimmed to resemble bow; front: silk ascends into hat on right side of forehead; bow with two rosettes of sequins and beads are placed so that it folds around head; flat topped crown.
