Material: straw, textile, feather, wire. Size: 3" H. crown x 20" diameter x 3 3/4" W. front brim tapering to 1 1/4" W. at the back. Description: black straw - high crown with wide brim - 3/8" W. black velvet ribbon encircles crown base holding black veil in place and tying into a 4 1/4" W. black velvet bow - red feather "wing" attached below bow - a second wing of red feathers attached below the brim on the same side.
