Description: black straw crown and brim - frame consists of 7 concentric wire loops - interior brim lined with sheer black cotton gauze - crown lined with black cotton fabric - black cotton twill strap sewn across interior crown for hanging or carrying - one large black ostrich plume attached to crown.
