Description

Size - 4 " H x 42 " circumference. Wide brimmed black straw "picture" hat which has a headband of 1 1/2 " W black grosgrain ribbon; ties in single knot in center back. Tails are 4 " L with slant cut ends. The outer edge of the brim turns down slightly. Brim is 5 " W in front tapering to 1 1/2 " in back. Small label in hat reads "New York creation".
