Material: straw, textile. Size: 10 1/2" diameter x 5" H. Description: pink dyed straw woven with textile trim into a tufted crown and brim underside - wide pink ribbon hatband - labeled: "Union" - pink ribbon sweat band.

Context

Woman's Accessories. Donor was Margaret Bohnert & married Harvey Schroeder in Oct 1954 at the priest's house. Harvey Schroeder died 23 July 1960. She married Francis Hager in Feb. 1964. This hat was worn by the donor.
