Caption: "An old metal tub is really all you need to smoke fish or meat. Build a fire in a hole - let the fire die down to coals. Put green fruit tree, willow, hickory or mesquite branches on the fire, put a grill or piece of wire netting over the hole. Put the fish or meat on the wire netting.
