Description: gold tone metal - one of a set of two pins #3246 DA, DB) - anchor with entwining rope overlaid by an oak leaf and acorn - stamped: "NNC" - designed to be attached to buttonholes on the white dress uniform collar tabs (#3246) - revolver safety catch on back.
