Infantry Dance Invitation. Material: paper. Size: 5 3/8" W. x 3 1/2" L. Description: white paper folded rectangle - black printed information on front: "6th Inf. Weimerskirch Eich Dommeldingen Luxemburg" - center diamond-shaped graphic displays a black "6" - black triple line border - inside information: on left side in English: "Your presence is requested to attend a Dance given by 6th Inf. Tuesday evening, May 27 1919, at 9 o'clock in the Theatre Georgen-Maas, Eich" - printed in French on the right side is the same invitation.

Context

Waseca County Military - World War I. Belonged to donor's husband, Robert R. Wyman, who served in France during World War I & in the Army of Occupation in Germany.
