Collection includes a reprint of Janesville Argus articles referencing the inception of the Community Chest organization in the Village of Janesville in 1949; original by-laws and 1987 amendments, a W-9 taxpayer identification number and certification form, an anti-terrorism compliance form signed by secretary Lisa Kopischke and a handwritten correspondence from JCC's last president, Jill Conlon detailing the last steps necessary to complete as they close the Community Chest organizational records in 2014.
