Janesville Community Chest College Scholarship Applications. High School student applications from the Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton High School that were submitted to the Community Chest scholarship committee for their annual selection process; each application includes the student's personal information, their choice of college and a personal resume. After 2013 the Community Chest ceased operation and these responsibilities were taken over by the newly formed Janesville Area Foundation.
