Description

Dutch Oven. a) Kettle. Material: metal. Size: 10 3/4" W. x 12" L. (including handles on each side) x 4 1/4" H. Description: black cast iron, hammered exterior, bent wire handle attached on two sides through openings in handles. b) Lid. Material: metal. Size: 1- 3/4" diameter x 4" H. (includes top handle). Description: black cast iron hammered top with a small curved lifting handle on top.

Context

Used by Adolph Mahler of Blooming Grove Township. Thought to be one hundred years old when donated (1967).
