Letter Regarding Oil Painting Donated to Hospital. Material: paper. Size: 8 1/2" x 11". Description: Letter from Waseca Memorial Hospital Board typed on letterhead of the Law Offices of Gallagher and Madden and signed by G. P. Madden, Secretary of the Waseca Memorial Hospital Board; contents acknowledges the memorial painting, "Tranquility" given in remembrance of Dr. Clifford Wadd and gives instructions for how it should be disposed of in the event of its removal from the hospital; addressed to Mrs. Clifford Wadd, Janesville, Minnesota; (b) Newspaper clipping showing the painting hanging in the hospital lobby at its unveiling being witnessed by Dr. S. C. G. Oeljen, Nursing Supervisor Burniece Schultz, and Dr. O. J. Swenson.
