Leland West, Chairman of the Waseca Hospital Board to Editor Donald C. Brown of Waseca; the issue of concern is why an editorial was written questioning why the Waseca Memorial Hospital showed a deficit in its budget when Sleepy Eye's hospital showed a profit.
