Leak Locator. Material: wood, metal, leather, textile. Size: 10" W. x 7 1/4" D. x 10 1/4" H. Description: finished oak case; metal hinged top; leather strap handle attached with screws and brackets across top; two metal clasps secure lid when closed; interior shelf brown felt lined; open bottom lined with brown felt; silver metal name plate in lid: "Electric Leak Locator Instrument Type T By S-C. Tel. Mfg. Co. Patent Applied For, Made Exclusively For W. S. Darley & Co.Chicago, Ill. U.S.A."

Waseca Water & Light Dept. Equipment. Original equipment appears to be missing; might have been replaced with more up to date equipment. Note with donated equipment: "Pipe Locator and Leak Locator used together to locate wire."
