Description: white cardboard - blue and blackprint on top: "Reorder No. 1109 Yale Hypodermic Needle Luer-Lok Hub Short Bevel Hyperchrome Stainless 13G2 12 Needles To insure patient safety, this needle should be handled with care and should be discarded if damaged in any manner. If cannula is bent, no attempt should be made to straighten." (b) Box. Size: 3 1/8" W. x 4" L. Description: white cardboard - contents: eight stainless steel needles.
