Description

Material: textile. Size: 14" W. accross back yoke x 45" L. Description: white cotton sleeveless garment - scoop neckline - armholes and neckline trimmed with 3/4" W. white eyelet - buttonholes at shoulders for tying - white satin-stitched initial "H" embroidered on front yoke - body of nightgown is gathered into the yoke.

Context

This nightgown belonged to Mrs. R.P. Wasbotten. Her husband served the North Waseca Lutheran Church as pastor from 1897-1923. Given to Olga Grant by Mrs. Ruben Wasbotten.
