Sausage Extruder and Meat Grinder.

Context

Items used by Henry William Kaiser of Iosco Township, Section 21 and Vivian Township, Sections 28. Edwin A. Miller was the brother-in-law of Henry W. Kaiser, and the butcher for the larger extended family. He would prepare the meat and produce the sausage for summer sausage and meats cured for the winter. These items were used on Edgewood Farm. Artifacts donated to Farmamerica with the stipulation that if Farmamerica closes then the artifacts shall become the property of the Waseca County Historical Society Collection as specified by donor.
