Material: metal. (a) Tube insert. Size: 8 3/4" diameter x 4 3/4" H. Description: silver colored aluminum - hollow conical tube attached to flat disk fits snugly into pan surround - stamped on bottom: outline of a chef in profile and "West Bend Aluminum". (b) Pan. Size: 10 1/4" diameter x 4 1/4" H. Description: silver colored aluminum - circular high-sided pan - open bottom to receive the removable insert.
