Given at Waseca, Minnesota this 3 day of June 1938 signed Margaret Wynnemer Teacher, Arthur Spletstoeser County Superintendent of Schools" - reverse side: black printed paragraph describing house wren habits and appearance. Description: grey paper cover - black calligraphy print: "Certificate of Award" - inside folder left side: colored Dutch windbill print glued at top; inside right side printed: "Certificate of Award This certifies that Phyllis Halle of School District No. 75 Waseca County, Minnesota, is awarded this testimonial for Punctual and Regular Attendance having been neither tardy nor absent for a period of four months, and merits this award.
