Hodgson Pipe. Material: wood, metal, resin. Size: 5 1/2" L. Description: wooden bowl and stem - silver metal band separates stem from mouthpiece - black hardened material forms curved mouthpiece.

Context

Hodgson Collection. Prior to accessioning, the number 113 was printed in white ink on the bowl. Note from Hodgson's Smoke Rings book: "This is a "ventilated" pipe, which reached retirement at an early age."
