Late Archaic Buck Creek Projectile Point. Material: stone. Size: 1 1/4" W. x 2" L. Description: Hornstone chert; age: 3,500 - 2,600; native to Indiana / Kentucky.

Context

Late Archaic projectile point used by Native Americans. Dr. Schirmer of Minnesota State University, Mankato visited 2 July 2013 and determined that this is a Native American tool.
