Description

Waseca County Fair Officials. 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" black and white photograph of two cows pulling a wagon; Aldermen and County Fair Officials of Waseca County on September 1909. There are men on the cows' backs and 6 men sitting in the wagon. Three men standing by the wagon and on top it. One young boy standing in front of a wheel holding a flag- printed at bottom: "Aldermen & County Fair Officials Sept. 09 - Waseca, Minn." - reverse side handwritten: "Miss Lulu Billiard, City."
