W., Waseca. 4 1/2" x 3" black and white photograph of the house at 108 10th Avenue N.W., Waseca, Minn.; owned at one time by Schuette; stands adjacent to one time flower shop, Paul's Flowers; house is covered in tar paper, no siding; a second-story dormer on east side of house, very small.

Context

Carolynn Bauman is the Property Appraiser in the Waseca County Assessors Office; and has donated many old photographs from the Assessors Office files of various properties, both residential and business buildings.
