Notation on back: Commander 1940, Schaumkessel Camp No. 10, United Spanish War Veterans, Waseca. Frank was a railroad man who came to Waseca County with his father Peter Hugunin (Holland) 1820-1907, from Wisconsin. Peter built a farm on the south shore of Lake Elysian.
