Description

Waseca State Street Parade. 5" x 4" black and white photograph of downtown Waseca, during a parade on July 4, 1918. Many people line the streets, American Red Cross nurses march down the street, more nurses follow on a truck loaned by the Waseca Lumber Company.

Context

note on back indicates that Sue Junsen donated this photo when she found it in a garage of their home; a home Ida Kramer had lived in at 707 3rd ST. SW, Waseca. Could not find an accession number on it. Picture is quite dark in parts, but shows the buildings quite well. Photo is quite worn on top.
