PhM 2/C (Pharmacist's Mate, 2nd Class) Dorothy Hodgkins, she is wearing a SPAR uniform (U.S. Coast Guard); on right is Ensign Ruth Hodgkins, she is wearing a Navy Nurse Corps a white uniform complete with headwear. The sisters were raised in Waldorf. Dorothy married Charles Gigeay Jr.
