Meusing of Tyler, Minnesota, chairman of the REPAX Squadron, is shown with Hamilton Fay, Senior Development Engineer, E. F. Johnson Company, organizing Johnson Messenger III two-way radios for use on the power boat fleet in the 1968 Lake of the Woods International Sailing Regatta, August 10-17.
