Description: black and white photograph of an unidentified woman; she is wearing a black blouse with vertical plaited ruffles that extend from shoulder to bodice; a ribbon of ruffled white lace encircles the high collared neckline; her hair is pulled back. Photographer: F. Obermeyer, Waseca, Minn. Obermeyer was in business from 1885-1909 and then in 1911.
