Description

Double Irish Chain quilt. Size - 70 " L x 66 " W. Material - cotton. Blue print with white stars forms the design on a white background. Hand-pieced & hand-quilted. Each block is quilted in the ditch & the center large white squares are quilted with a feathered circle. Blue binding is machine stitched Condition - shows much wear, holes in places.

Accessioned in 1969. Pattern is "Double Irish Chain."
