Western Corbe & Electrical Radio. Material: wood, metal, glass. Size: 7 1/4" W. x 8" H. x 20 3/8" L. Description: dark brown wooden cabinet with black metal front; five control knobs on front, three knobs numbered 0-100, three small knobs on left side and size small knobs on right side; white print on front: "Type WC 5 Western Corbe & Elec. Co., Racine, Wisc."; hinged lid with glass parts inside.

Context

Owned by Charles H. Nelson, Box 2, Rapidan, Minn., father of donor. (Of the two Western Corbe & Elec radios, one could be deaccessioned, either 3267 or 3268, but their inner workings are quite different.)
