Material: textile, metal. Size: 15" W. across shoulders x 49 1/2" L. Description: blue wool gown - front closure with seven hooks and eyes - three vertical pleats on either side at yoke - long sleeves come to a point over wrist - black cord extends from neckline to a blue wool covered button forming loop below the button - inside neckline label: graphic of a girl in a gown with diploma and globe and printing: "Academic Costumers, Est. 1912, McCarthy & Simon Inc., New York" - white handwritten "148B" near label - blue ribbon hanging loops sewn inside gown top - white back seam label: "Size 12, Allison". Part of set with collar 5.98.2.
