Material: textile, shell. Size: 23" W. x 21" L. Description: blue cotton - white, pink and green trim - round neckline - white Peter Pan collar edged with 1/8" W. pink bias tape - set-in short sleeves banded with 1" W. white cuffs and edged with 1/8" W. pink bias tape - two vertical pintucks on each side of front bodice - tiny white, pink and green floral appliques at center bodice - front pant area appliqued with two white horizontal stripes that extend from side seams to center front - short pant legs are bound with 1/4" W. blue bias tape - closure at crotch area with three white buttons and buttonholes - back closure with two (missing) snap assemblies in a 5" L. neck placket.
